What's in the package?

One pair of Shuttle Cam earbuds, a USB-C charging cable and a quick-start card.

How do I get the clips off?

Through the companion app on your phone, or plug the USB-C cable into a computer and copy the files.

How long does the battery last?

About 12 hours of recording per charge (manufacturer spec).

Will they stay on while I'm cutting?

Yes. The flexible hook sits over the ear and stays put when you lean in, turn, or bend to check a line-up.

Can I still hear my client?

Yes. The ear canal stays open, so conversation and the shop around you stay audible.

Do they work for calls and music?

Yes. Music and calls run through the same pair while the camera records.

Can I use them near water?

IP56. Sweat and light splashes are fine. Do not submerge them.

When will my order arrive?

Orders ship within 1-2 days with a tracking number. Delivery takes around 6-10 days worldwide. Shipping is free.

What is the refund policy?

Email camshuttle@yahoo.com within 7 days of delivery and we will send return instructions. Send it back in the original box with everything included. You are welcome to try it, but items that show extensive use cannot be refunded in full. Full details are on our Refund Policy page.
